According to the analysis results, the firefighters' injury experiences and their seniority have a significant influence on both their personal burnout and job burnout. The results reveal that personality traits are positively correlated with PTSD and job burnout. The influences of firefighters' personality traits on job burnout: Using post-traumatic stress disorder as a mediator
