To solve this problem, vibratory technique was introduced to the casting equipment. Based on mechanical vibration theory, the motion characteristics of the vibration casting equipment in single degree freedom vibration were obtained. Through ADAMS software, the equipment's motion characteristics were simulated and analyzed.
