The reliability of the model is tested by application analysis. The quoted results show that the maximum budget deviation rate is 4.80%, which is within 10%. 摘要

为了提高工程造价预算的准确性,本文在前人研究的基础上,引入多元线性分析方法,构建回归模型,并利用该模型对工程造价进行预算。该模型包含16个因素。利用SPSS软件进行权重统计分析,提取4个公因子,改进回归模型结构。通过应用分析,验证了模型的可靠性。引用结果表明,最大预算偏差率为4.80%,在10%以内。因此,该模型可作为工程造价分析的有效工具,在施工领域得到推广。
