This research was conducted in December 2019, and data collection was carried out in February 2020. Multiple regression analysis shows work desire has a significant effect on performance with a determination of 50.5% and there are still 49.5% other factors that affect the performance of employees. From the four dimensions of work passion that exist, the dimension of self-identity is a dimension that has a significant effect to employee performance at PT. 摘要

员工绩效水平的下降将对他的工作产生影响。从公司近年来制定的绩效指标的水平可以看出公司员工的绩效水平。本研究的目的是了解工作热情的概念及其对雅加达PT. XYZ员工绩效的影响。本研究采用定量方法,采用非概率抽样技术,采用目的抽样的抽样方式,对位于雅加达的健康、安全、环境与保障部的XYZ公司162名员工进行了研究。本研究于2019年12月进行,数据收集于2020年2月进行。多元回归分析表明,工作欲望对员工绩效有显著影响,确定度为50.5%,影响员工绩效的其他因素还有49.5%。从存在的四个工作热情维度来看,自我认同维度是对雅加达PT. XYZ员工绩效有显著影响的一个维度。
