So enterprise routines play very important role during an enterprise's survival and development and they can become the origin of enterprise competitive advantage through allocating enterprise resources effectively. So the article defines the definition of enterprise routines at first, and then reveals the original mechanism of enterprise competitive advantage from the aspect of enterprise routines.
