Organization of the control and supervisory system in the field of regulation of land and property relations at the municipal level

The economic conditions of land resources management, dynamics and trends of increasing rates of intensification of their use are considered. The necessity of introducing new approaches to optimizing the mechanisms of regulation of land and property relations through the modernization of the regulatory framework regulating this field of activity is substantiated. Despite a significant number of regulatory legal acts regulating the control functions for the use of land resources at the municipal level, the mechanism of its implementation is not perfect, as evidenced by the statistics of violations of land legislation by subjects of land and property relations. The analysis of statistical data of the main offenses in the field of use of land resources is given.
