It is urgent to study the integration planning scheme of 5G network and smart distribution network to achieve benign two-way interaction between the two networks. This paper analyzes the integration of two networks from two aspects: 5G network improves the operation performance of smart distribution network and smart distribution network contributes to the promotion and construction of 5G network. On this basis, the key elements of the integration of 5G network and smart distribution network are sorted out, including energy elements, information elements and resource elements, and the integration planning of smart distribution network integrating 5G network is proposed. 摘要

5G网络广域覆盖和深度覆盖的特点可以更好地促进智能配电网的优化运行,而智能配电网可以为5G网络运行提供一种降本增效的方式。迫切需要研究5G网络与智能配电网的融合规划方案,实现两者的良性双向互动。本文从5G网络提升智能配电网运行性能和智能配电网助力5G网络的推广建设两个方面对两网融合进行了分析。在此基础上,梳理了5G网络与智能配电网融合的关键要素,包括能源要素、信息要素和资源要素,并提出了智能配电网与5G网络的融合规划。从基于功率和能量平衡的站点布局规划、两网协同规划、5G网络基础设施和智能配电网设施共建共享规划三个角度实现。
