The findings reveal that besides the four pure predictors namely supplier engagement, supplier quality, supplier infrastructure, supplier commitment which influences supplier retention, confidential sharing is a new determinant emerged for key supplier retention, has a significant positive relationship. The present paper provides guidance for suppliers who are offering services to the electric and electronic industry to focus and implement on the determinants factors of key supplier retention to effectively sustain as the preferred supplier for their manufacturing companies.
