Dry-type transformers are mainly used in applications where the risk of fire and environmental policy does not allow the use of oil-filled transformers. The model takes into account the fluid (air) and solves the heat transfer equation for non-isothermal stationary laminar flow; together with the radiation between the components in the transformer and with the external ambient temperature. The finite element method is used to solve an axisymmetric model of the transformer. It is also modeled the effect of forced air in the thermal model. 摘要

本文分析了干式配电变压器稳态的热行为(对流、传导和辐射)。干式变压器主要用于有火灾风险和环境政策不允许使用充油变压器的应用场合。该模型考虑了流体(空气)的存在,求解了非等温稳定层流的传热方程;外加变压器内各部件之间的辐射和外部环境温度。采用有限元法对变压器轴对称模型进行了求解。在热模式中还模拟了强迫空气的影响。结果表明,该有限元模型能够较好地预测稳态下的热过程,可为制造企业设计出更好的电磁器件提供参考。
