Most of the harmonic meters adopt the algorithm of FFT to detect the harmonic content, unfortunately, the algorithm has the disadvantage of spectrum leakage, it causes the uneven of the quality from different manufactures, so how to ensure the reliability of the harmonic meters is the important problem that needs to be resolved[4-6]. So this paper proposes an error verification device of harmonic meters, it can output different amplitude, different phase, different frequency of the voltage and current through power source, then transform the data detected by the measured harmonic meters and from reference standard to error calculator, so can verify the metering error of the harmonic meters quickly. 摘要

随着电力电子技术的发展,电网系统中的谐波污染问题日益严重,极大地影响着电网的经济运行和广大电力用户的经济效益。传统的智能电表无法计量电网系统中的谐波含量,因此具有谐波计量功能的谐波智能电表逐渐在系统中得到应用[1-3]。大多数谐波表采用FFT算法检测谐波含量,但该算法存在频谱泄漏的缺点,导致不同厂家的谐波表质量参差不齐,因此如何保证谐波表的可靠性是需要解决的重要问题[4-6]。为此,本文提出了一种谐波表误差检定装置,它可以通过电源输出不同幅度、不同相位、不同频率的电压和电流,然后将被测谐波表检测到的数据从参考标准转换到误差计算器,从而可以快速检定谐波表的计量误差。本文提出的装置可以对被测的谐波电表进行合格与否的验证,从而保证谐波电表的可靠性和贸易结算的公平性。
