Natural language processing is the core of machine translation. In the history, its development process is almost the same as machine translation, and the two complement each other. This article compares the natural language processing of statistical corpora with neural machine translation and concludes the natural language processing: Neural machine translation has the advantage of deep learning, which is very suitable for dealing with the high dimension, label-free and big data of natural language, therefore, its application is more general and reflects the power of big data and big data thinking.

In order to solve the problem that the control accuracy and control effect of autoclave molding technology key parameters such as temperature and pressure were not ideal, Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) was applied to the autoclave control system. The temperature and pressure control system adoptd modular design which was carried out from top to bottom with Verilog HDL. Hanging custom IP on Avalon bus of Nios II processor. The combination of software and hardware PID control was realized by DS18B20 temperature sensor and BMP085 pressure sensor. And use the modelsim, Visual Studio to finish the simulation and testing. The test results showed that when the temperature measurement range was 0°C~100°C, the error was ±0.5°C, the error of pressure was ±0.01 MPa.

In this paper, the principle of spacecraft space heat flow simulation control system and its hardware and software structure are introduced. Then the algorithm and control mode of the software program used in the control system are analyzed simply. In the end, the optimization design of heat flow simulation software and its configuration file is expounded according to the complexity and diversity of control mode in vacuum thermal test, the different driving mode and communication interface of different program-controlled power supply. At present, the reliability of the optimized software has been verified in the thermal tests of the spacecraft components.

The electric energy metering box has entered into thousands of customers with the development of power electronic technology. Unfortunately, the quality problem of metering box components is more and more serious. Aiming at this problem, the thermal stability of metering box based on thickness of thermo bimetals are researched, which adopts the traditional circuit breaker of different manufactures. Based on metering box, the temperature rise test of interference connector is studied by using the designed thin hot bimetal strip [1-3]. Compared the experimental data of the designed thin thermo bimetals with the traditional circuit breaker, the result shows that the thickness of bimetal strip has important influence on the current carrying capacity and thermal stability, the research of this paper can provide technical basis for optimization of thermal stability about metering box.

Due to the complexity of the military scene and resulted low accuracy in military scene recognition, this paper proposes a military image scene recognition method based on CNN and semantic information. First, the scene image is initially classified by CNN, and then the classification result is optimized by using the semantic relationship between the military target and the scene. This paper uses the collected military image scene recognition dataset to evaluate the proposed method. The experimental results show that the proposed method has better accuracy than the unmodified CNN algorithm and achieve good recognition results on the test set, which has potential for future application.

The paradigm shift brought about by smart manufacturing or Industrie 4.0 has posed threefold challenges to electronic batch recording system (eBRS) in Life Sciences Industry: 1) the structure of the data should be informative and standard for interoperate using information models, 2) administration of synchronization between physical world and cyber world for smart decision making and optimization using cyber physical system (CPS) and 3) so-called digital manufacturing operations management (digital MOM) characterized by decentralization, comprehensive collaboration and servitization shall be implemented. Under the new situations of smart manufacturing or Industrie 4.0, the requirements from information models, CPS and digital MOM will become the most principal criteria to be considered for future eBRS/MES and other operations management information system in shop floor. To fulfill these demands, an approach combining ISA95/88 hybrid model with activities ontology and variant domain-driven design for SOA-based eBRS development has been presented. An eBRS software platform has been developed on the theoretical basis and applied to a specific application scenario of Lyophilized Injection Production for verifying its feasibility purpose.

Aiming at the problem of real-time recognition of in-orbit spacecraft state, a real-time recognition method for spacecraft state in-orbit based on neural network pattern recognition is proposed by taking the telemetry data of solar array as the analysis object. This method uses every signal period as a unit to conduct telemetry in-orbit identification. Through a large number of data tests, the results verify the effectiveness of the method and meet the requirements of in-orbit monitoring for spacecraft with abnormal state.

A method based on Long-Sequence-Term-Memory model and vector embedding to analyze sentiments of the online reviews is proposed in this paper. In order to obtain the vector representation from sentence level, it uses the extraction methods of LSTM, which is based on non-liner learning, to extend the vector embedding to sentence representation, and to achieve sentence embedding ultimately. The experimental results proved the high accuracy of this method, with which could live up to 91.35% when classifying the sentiments of online reviews. The ability to be applied to variety languages and the strong scalability of large scale corpus are two of its advantages, meanwhile, feature extraction of bigram can also improve its test accuracy. As the experimental results showed that the sentiment analysis method based on the LSTM model and the principle of embedding word is a highly effective method of sentiment analysis, and it has the strong scalability and can be applied to comments of different languages.

As a mass amplifier, inerter can provide two orders of inertia force of its own physical mass. In this paper, a novel control device, the Double Tuned Mass Dampers Inerters (DTMDI), is proposed to attenuate undesirable oscillations of structures under the ground acceleration. By establishing the motion equation of the system, we can deduce the mean square of displacement response of the primary structure. To verify the superiority of the new system, the numerical analysis of DTMD and DTMDI are conducted on MATLAB software platform. The optimal DTMDI is evaluated and compared with the DTMD by normalized mean square and the dynamic magnification factor (DMF). Results demonstrate that the proposed DTMDI not only performs better than DTMD in attenuating structural vibration but can also endow with the superior stroke performance of the mass block.
