摘要

提出了一种改善多芯片白光LED色彩均匀性的新方法。通过在荧光粉层中加入合适参数的石英(SiO2)颗粒,可以增强荧光粉化合物的散射,从而提高颜色均匀性。基于mie散射理论验证了SiO2颗粒的散射能力。仿真结果表明,在平均色温为8500 K时,相关色温(CCT)的偏差从3086 K增加到1956 K。
