The results showed the leaders and employees were satisfied with the effects of the building of organizational innovation culture in Chinese Academy Sciences. The 3 highest evaluation indexes were country-oriented; innovation encouragement and imagine logo and the 3 lowest evaluation indexes were altruistic behavior, responsibility and affair-opened. The employees under 30 years old evaluated leadership behavior highest, the employees over 50 years old evaluated employee behavior highest. The evaluation for value beliefs of the employees whose work time were over 20 years was higher than that of other employees. The evaluation for leadership behavior and value beliefs of the key researchers was lower than that of other groups. 摘要

采用标准问卷法,对来自中国科学院84个分院的4658名员工进行了组织创新文化的测量与评价。结果表明,领导和员工对中国科学院组织创新文化建设的效果感到满意。评价指标最高的3个是面向国家的;创新激励和想象标志,评分最低的3个指标为利他行为、责任和事务开放。30岁以下员工对领导行为的评价最高,50岁以上员工对员工行为的评价最高。工作时间超过20年的员工的价值信念评价高于其他员工。核心科研人员对领导行为和价值信念的评价低于其他组。法人和领导对自身领导行为的评价高于成员。
