Improved Object Classification and Tracking Based on Overlapping Cameras in Video Surveillance 视频监控中基于重叠摄像机的改进目标分类与跟踪

Object classification and tracking are important in intelligent video surveillance systems. In this paper, an approach based on multiple overlapping cameras cooperation is proposed for object classification and tracking. In the proposed surveillance system, all the cameras are connected to the central computer server through network connection. Viewpoint correspondence and data fusion from multiple overlapping cameras are utilized to improve object classification and tracking in complex occlusion scenes. This paper demonstrates the benefit gained both in tracking and classification through the communication between the two individual modules. Experimental results show that the proposed method achieves higher classification accuracy and tracking performance in comparison with single-camera method.

A Process Driven Architecture of Analytical CRM Systems with Implementation in Bank Industry 分析型CRM系统的流程驱动架构及其在银行业的实施

Analytical customer relationship management (CRM) systems, which can discover knowledge from huge amount of data, play a crucial role in decision support. However, while most researches in CRM mainly focus on data mining, relatively few research papers on detailed architectures for analytical CRM systems have been published. In this paper, a practical process driven architecture of building analytical CRM systems is proposed. This architecture is based on the typical CRM analysis process and integrates with multilevel secure (MLS) data model to ensure the efficiency and timeliness of provision of right information to the right users. Furthermore, through a case study of a real-world analytical CRM implementation project in the bank industry, an analytical CRM solution using the proposed architecture has been developed and received approvable ratings from our client, which demonstrates the feasibility of this architecture.

Scheduling Strategy Based on the Collaboration of Agents for MSE 基于agent协作的MSE调度策略

Scheduling strategy for meta search engine is a crucial technology working on the search quality of the search results, and it is also an important research field. This paper discusses contemporary scheduling strategy of member search engine and agent technology, and puts forward a new scheduling strategy: scheduling strategy based on the collaboration of agents. Because all the agents can communicate with each other, expertness of member search engine can be learned and userpsilas feedback will be used to supervise the next search. Then the scheduling strategy not only improves the search quality but also makes the search quality more personalized. And the paper also designs and carries out the scheduling model. It has been approved that this scheduling strategy improves the search quality of meta search engine to an extent.

A Multi-granularity & Fuzzy CBR Based Method for Price Forecast 基于多粒度模糊CBR的价格预测方法

The ability to scientifically and accurately forecast product price fluctuations plays a crucial role in the development of the contemporary market economy and consequently results in vigorous research in the area. This paper presents a new forecast method using multi-granularity of time and case-based reasoning (CBR) with fuzzy matching of cases featuring certain fluctuations. The method has been applied in aquaculture with aquatic product prices as test data. Results of experiments have proved the method highly feasible and accurate in aquatic product price forecasts.

An Alternating-Offers Bargaining Based Mechanism for Bilateral Multi-goal Negotiations in Electronic Commerce Setting 电子商务环境下双边多目标谈判的交换出价议价机制

In the multi-agent system (MAS), negotiation is a means for agents to communicate and compromise (concession) to reach a mutually beneficial agreement, and can be viewed as a bargaining process. By the games theory, there are three crucial features in such a process: the time constraint of the bargainers, the information state of the bargainers and the number of issues (goals) to be bargained over. Against this background, this paper develops an alternating-offers bargaining based mechanism for bilateral multi-goal and incomplete information negotiation in electronic commence environment. In particular, we are concerned with the change of negotiation strategies of the both sides. So we present some strategy rules which the agents should observe during the course of negotiation. Our analysis shows the existence of equilibrium through these strategy rules. Furthermore, we also have a discussion on the satisfiability condition of a deal. Experimental results of simulation during the negotiation process indicate that the strategy rules are efficient for the negotiation.

Improved Distributed Tree Algorithm and It Application in CSCW-Based Group Communication 改进的分布式树算法及其在cscw群通信中的应用

Based on computer supported cooperative work (CSCW), some basic group communications are discussed. Following the segregated OSI/RM methods, group communication architecture is put forward and the main technology applications are described. A four-layer structure are divided into mainframe and extended routing sub-layer, resource reservation sub-layer, and reliable transmission sub-layer and application support layer. The divisions reflect the relationship between the classifications of group addresses communications services and service functions. Distributed tree algorithm is very important in CSCW, through mathematical deduction, the algorithm is improved to adapt well to the calculation and design.

A Background Reconstruction Algorithm Based on Modified Basic Sequential Clustering 基于改进基本顺序聚类的背景重构算法

Based on the assumption that background appears with large appearance frequency, a new background reconstruction algorithm based on modified basic sequential clustering is proposed in this paper. First, pixel intensity in period of time are classified based on modified basic sequential clustering. Second, merging procedure is run to classified classes. Finally, pixel intensity classes, whose appearance frequencies are higher than a threshold, are selected as the background pixel intensity value, so the background model can represent the scene well. Compared with the background reconstruction method based on basic sequential clustering, the simulation results show that an assignment for the data is reached after the final cluster formation, at the same time those near classes are avoided at all and the effect of input order of data has been reduced greatly. And the background model can represent the scene well.

Development Ranking in Real Estate Strategy Management in China Based on TOPSIS Method 基于TOPSIS方法的中国房地产战略管理开发排序

Real estate is the mainstay industry of the national economy, whose development is highly correlated with the development of regional economy, the culture and the life of people. The inner structure of real estate in China is composed of 3 main factors, namely real estate industry, real estate enterprises and real estate market. By using PCA (Principal Component Analysis), we can characterize the contribution of the above 3 different factors. After PCA, we apply the TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) model, in which the weights reflect the contribution of different factors, to evaluate and rank the development of real estate in main cities of China. This measurement for ranking is able to diagnosis development of real estate industry in China as well as providing constructive information for government to direct the macro-reform in the real estate.

Modeling and Verification of SCTP Association Management Based on Colored Petri Nets 基于有色Petri网的SCTP关联管理建模与验证

The stream control transmission protocol (SCTP) is a reliable transport protocol to tackle the limitations of TCP and UDP. SCTP is specified informally in request for comments (RFC) 2960, but it still lacks a formal specification. Coloured Petri net (CPN) is suitable to modeling a system from the dynamic perspective, and has the ability to analyze it in a formal way. We present a formal model of SCTP association management using the CPN. The model is used to examine some properties of SCTP and to check the internal consistency of RFC 2960. Through CPN Tools analysis, we find a problem with some informal descriptions in RFC 2960 and solve it by modifying our original CPN model.
