摘要

本文利用职业重要素质的多关联系统,建立了操作员职业素质的模型。决策支持系统基于模糊逻辑,采用Mamdani算法对职业能力水平进行决策。这就产生了对职业能力的综合评估和对专业重要素质发展水平的个人描述,用于制定人机系统操作员培训的个人计划。所讨论的系统已在运输技术机器的操作人员身上进行了测试。
