Because currently there are various procedure how to estimate power dissipation, the focus here is given on the comparison of the results received from piece-wised linear simulator and from mathematical calculations recommended for analyzed converter topology. The main aim of this study is to evaluate the accuracy of piece-wised linearized simulators, whether simplification of the simulation analysis potentially reduces usability of the information relevant for efficiency estimation. 摘要

本文对三相NPC变换器的功率损耗进行了评估。由于种种原因,目前任何功率半导体系统的效率性能都是主要的定性指标。因此,功率损耗的评估是功率变换器设计的初始阶段之一,以正确估计对热性能的要求,从而实现冷却系统的优化。由于目前有各种各样的方法来估计功耗,因此本文的重点是将分段线性模拟器得到的结果与分析转换器拓扑时推荐的数学计算结果进行比较。本研究的主要目的是评估分段线性化模拟器的准确性,模拟分析的简化是否会降低与效率估计相关的信息的可用性。从收到的分析可以看出,本文所提出的仿真模型的准确性,为进一步的设计问题提供了足够准确的结果。
