Modernization of the accounting and registration system based on improved approaches to entering information into the EGRN

The necessity of introducing new methods of forming and correcting information from the Unified State Register of Real Estate is substantiated. To date, the accounting and registration system is characterized by a number of factors that reduce the quality of the EGRN information, such as the presence of registry and technical errors, duplication of data, imperfection of the information gen-eration mechanism. This is what determines the relevance of the proposals for optimizing the sys-tem in question. The formation of a unified information system, which concentrated in itself capacious and reliable information about all registered and unaccounted for real estate on the territory of the Russian Federation, was a justified action on the part of the state. Such a database is manda-tory for the optimal functioning of various spheres: market, fiscal, urban planning, judicial, etc. To date, the EGRN acts as the main and primary federal state information resource in the field of real estate. This makes it necessary to constantly update and improve its management mechanism. The purpose of this work is to determine measures to optimize the system of entering information into the Unified State Register and to improve tools to improve the quality of registration data.
