摘要

初创企业在寻求建立自己的组织结构和流程的同时,也面临着开发产品或服务的挑战。现有的组织设计方法侧重于重新设计公司的既定结构。因此,应用现有方法的先决条件是结构和成熟的过程,这使得它们不适用于初创企业。关键的挑战之一是重新设计的合适时机。本文提出了一种基于资源、组织结构和流程组织特征指标系统识别组织结构适应需求的方法。
