Broadband Linear SSB-Upconverter with Electronically-Controlled Lo-Suppression for 16 QAM Applications at 4 GHz
A simple method to improve the local oscillator suppression of mixer circuits in a broadband manner will be presented. The dependencies of temperature, power and voltage changes will be shown. Finally the construction and performance of a 4-GHz SSB-upconverter using this method will be described.
