The system obtained an excellent dynamic response for constant temperature controlling by means of fuzzy PID control algorithm. Remote monitoring function was well realized by transfer the alarm data and control signals to the remote terminals wirelessly by using GSM module. 摘要

本文介绍了一种基于STC15F2K61S2单片机和SIM900A GSM模块的新型锅炉控制系统的完整设计。在本设计中,采用了一定数量的传感器和相应的外围电路来自动采集锅炉的温度和水位状态。采用模糊PID控制算法对系统进行恒温控制,获得了良好的动态响应。利用GSM模块将报警数据和控制信号无线传输到远程终端,很好地实现了远程监控功能。测试结果表明,该系统运行稳定,具有良好的应用前景。
