Using any type of thermal camera, which can detect the thermal state of abnormal conditions of cables by technical operator (thermographer) and send this thermal images to a novel software program (GUI) technique, which using cables data base able to : 1) obtain the thermal profile of the system; 2) process and analyze thermal data, and 3) apply a simulated artificial technique to determine the particular condition or fault corresponding to the thermal signature. 摘要

本文提出了一种利用Matlab图形用户界面(GUI)结合热成像(红外(IR)相机)预测和解决所有电缆异常状况的有效方法。使用传统的技术(没有红外相机)不容易预测故障并给出完整的诊断。使用任何类型的热像仪,由技术操作员(热像仪)检测电缆异常状态的热状态,并将该热图像发送到一种新颖的软件程序(GUI)技术,该软件程序使用电缆数据库能够:1)获得系统的热剖面;2)处理和分析热数据,3)应用模拟人工技术确定与热特征相对应的特定条件或断层。新的执行报告可以包含:1)在组件和系统本身中发现的问题,2)建议补救措施并在适当的时间内执行任何必要的纠正措施,以及3)根据维修(维护)时间给出这些问题的优先级。
