摘要

提出了一种适用于3.6 GHz WiMAX应用的低功率高线性度折叠混频器。电路采用台积电0.18µm CMOS工艺设计。采用射频PMOS提高线性度。所提出的折叠混频器的转换增益为4.4dB,本端功率为- 5dBm。IIP3为5.5dBm,噪声系数为11.6dB,无输出缓冲器时功耗为2.636mW。在1V电源电压下,带输出缓冲器的总功耗仅为4.4mW。
