摘要

对横波(通常)串联技术的声波通道进行了计算机模拟,并在反射器垂直定向表面(如圆底孔)上进行了纵向辐射横波变换,计算了反射器不同分层深度、探头角度和底顶角的回波信号。对于这两种方法,建立了反射器规则位置对配准信号幅度对控制深度的影响。所得到的带变换的串联技术的声通道公式,允许对从反射器到发射和接收探头的间隔变化的回波信号进行计算。结果表明,在无熔覆层底表面物体的超声探测技术中,采用横波纵向变换的串列技术,与常规方案相比,没有串列优势。当物体底表面与熔覆层接触时,对垂直定向的平面反射器采用横波纵向变换的串联方案的超声探头技术比采用常规串联方案的超声探头技术具有更好的传感效果。
