Blood glucose level track and analysis are of special importance. Recently, most used methods are invasive and painful. For that reason, the development of non-invasive methods will provide many advantages. It has been known that polarisation angle of the light rotates when it pass throught the glucose solution. The optical methods for measure blood glucose level are getting development. In respect to this, it is important to determine optical properties of glucose.
