In this paper, a new method is proposed innovatively for detecting the electrical field sensor signal with wideband signal detection circuit. This circuit consists of a wideband low noise amplifier module and a wideband peak detector module. By using a wideband LNA module, this circuit can achieve high sensitivity detection. And by using a wideband peak detector module, it can realize simultaneous detection of wideband signals. The detailed design of the two modules is shown in this paper. 摘要

在电磁兼容测试中,电场传感器被广泛用于检测暂态信号。传统的检测电场传感器信号的方法是利用频谱分析仪进行单路检测,适用于频率已知的情况。但在电磁兼容测试过程中,如果信号是瞬态的,通常需要多次扫描以检测不同的频率点,或者多次测试以获得不同位置的场。本文创新性地提出了一种利用宽带信号检测电路检测电场传感器信号的新方法。该电路由宽带低噪声放大模块和宽带峰值检测模块组成。通过使用宽带LNA模块,该电路可以实现高灵敏度的检测。并采用宽带峰值检测模块,实现对宽带信号的同时检测。本文给出了这两个模块的详细设计。经过仿真和测试,证明两个模块均能达到既定目标,宽带信号检测电路可用于EMC测试中宽带电场传感器信号的检测。
