In the framework of the current research, following methods have been used: analysis and modeling. Text sources were analyzed in order to describe and classify use cases of big data in marketing activities and to describe and classify big data and business intelligence tools and technologies in marketing. As the result of the research, a big data classifier for marketing activity was developed and possible solutions for marketing activity analytics were studied and proposed. The classifier can be considered a new result of the study, since there was no classification of big data in marketing activities so far. The current research can be used to help organization of BI analytics in marketing activities. However it is necessary to consider actualization of data on existing tools and technologies. 摘要

研究的目的是分析商业智能工具和开发基于商业智能工具的营销活动解决方案。在目前的研究框架中,主要采用了分析和建模两种方法。分析文本来源,以描述和分类大数据在营销活动中的用例,并描述和分类营销中的大数据和商业智能工具和技术。作为研究的结果,开发了营销活动的大数据分类器,并研究和提出了营销活动分析的可能解决方案。由于目前还没有对营销活动中的大数据进行分类,因此可以认为分类器是本研究的一个新成果。本文的研究成果可为营销活动中BI分析的组织提供参考。然而,有必要考虑实现现有工具和技术的数据。关键词:营销,大数据,商业智能
