فن الاستجواب في مقدمة كتاب الإمتاع والمؤانسة للتوحيدي/ The art of interrogation in the introduction of Tauhidi’s “Al-imtāʽ wa Al-Muānasah”

ملخص البحث:  تهدف الدراسة إلى بيان فن الاستجواب في مقدمة كتاب الامتاع المؤانسة لأبي حيان التوحيدي، والتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، من خلال سرد أبي حيان التوحيدي في مقدمة كتابه الإمتاع والمؤانسة  قصة تأليفه، يقف القارئ مذهولاً أمام الدافع الحقيقي وراء كتابة هذا السفر الذائع الصيت، فلقد كان السبب المباشر في شروع أبي حيان في كتابته هذا المجلد العظيم، هو طلب –بصورة استجواب– قدمه له صديقه أبو الوفاء المهندس؛ بحيث يقوم بكتابة كل ما دار بينه وبين الوزير ابن سعدان (ابن العارض) من حديث سمر دار بينهما، ولم يأخذ أبو حيان عليه إذناً مسبقاً من أبي الوفاء، فيلبي أبو حيان هذا الطلب مبتلعاً هذا الطلب الشرطي المهين، مقراً ومعترفا على نفسه بخطئه. توصلت الدراسة إلى ما يأتي: لقد كان الباعث على تأليف كتاب الإمتاع والمؤانسة هو طلب بصورة استجواب وتحقيق شرطي أمر به أبو الوفاء المهندس صديقه أبا حيان التوحيدي، وهذا ما صرح به أبو حيان تصريحاً في مقدمة كتابه فتغير طعم الإمتاع وتغير طعم المؤانسة. الكلمات المفتاحية: أبو حيان-الامتاع والمؤانسة-أسلوب أبي الوفاء-ردة فعل أبي حيان-الإذعان للاستجواب.     Abstract The study aims to explain the art of interrogation in the introduction of Abu HayyÉn Al-TauhÊdÊ’s Al-ImtaÑ wa Al-MuÉnasah. The study focuses descriptively and analytically on the narrative of Abu HayyÉn in the introductory part of his book, on the story about the reason of his writing to enable the reader to grasp the real reason behind the writing of this famous work. The direct reason that makes him write this voluminous work is a request  - in the form of interrogating- made by his friend Abu Al-wafa’ Al-Muhandis to write on the night conversation between him and the Minister Ibnu SaÑdÉn (Ibnu Al-ÉÑridh). Abu HayyÉn initially gave in to the request of the mean police. He, later on, admitted his fault. The study concludes with the following; the reason for writing the book is the request in interrogative form an investigation of the police instructed by AbË WafÉ’ Al-Muhandis to the Abu HayyÉn. This had been stated by Abu HayyÉn at the beginning of his book that to a certain extent affected the meaning of “ImtÉÑ as enjoyment and “MuÉnasah” as intimacy. Keywords: AbË HayyÉn – Al-ImtÉÑ Wa Al-MuÉnasah – The style of Abu WafÉ’ – The response of AbË HayyÉn – Conforming to Interrogation   Abstrak Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menerangkan seni penyiasatan dalam Pendahuluan karangan Abu HayyÉn Al-TauhÊdÊ’s Al-ImtaÑ wa Al-MuÉnasah dengan fokus secara deskriptif and analitikal terhadap naratif Abu Hayyan di dalam bahagian pengenalan karangannya itu. Ia adalah berkenaan dengan sebab penulisan karangan tersohor beliau itu. Sebab utama yang membuatkan beliau menulis karangan yang berjilid-jilid ini – dengan cara soal-jawab penyiasatan – dbuat oleh kawan beliau Abu Al-Wafa’ Al-Muhandis untuk menulis tentang perbualam malam hari di antara beliau dan Menteri Ibnu SaÑdÉn (Ibnu Al-ÉÑridh). Abu Hayyan akhirnya terpaksa akur dengan tekanan tersebut yang merupakan ugutan polis yang mengancam. Beliau bagaimanapun mengakui perkara tersebut adalah kelemahannya. Kajian ini merumusakan: sebab penulisan buku ini adalah kerana permintaan untuk merekodkan perbualan kerana tekanan melalui penyiasatan pihak polis yang diarahkan oleh AbË WafÉ’ Al-Muhandis to the Abu HayyÉn. Perkara ini telah dinyatakan oleh Ibnu Hayyan pada permulaan karangan beliau yang telah memberi kesan kepada maksud buku itu sendiri yang bermaksud hiburan dan keintiman hubungan.   Kata kunci: AbË HayyÉn – Al-ImtÉÑ Wa Al-MuÉnasah – Cara Abu WafÉ’ – Jawban AbË HayyÉn – Akur kepada penyiasatan
