摘要

在产品制造过程中,仿真技术的应用使设计人员能够在设计初期更准确地评估产品的设计方案,从而提高产品开发的效率,降低开发成本。仿真技术作为产品开发过程中的重要手段,仿真模型的可信度将直接影响到产品开发的速度。仿真模型标定技术是提高仿真模型可信度的重要手段。提出了一种基于物理试验和仿真试验的仿真模型标定方法。首先,将待标定参数分为稳定参数和浮动参数。然后直接利用物理试验数据对稳定参数进行标定和校正。最后,根据物理试验数据和仿真试验数据建立数学模型,完成浮动参数的标定。
