Pure perovskite phase ceramics are obtained with a Pb[(Mg/sub 1/3/V/sub 2/3/)/sub 0.25/Zr/sub 0.75/]O/sub 3/ composition. Dielectric constant and dissipation factors of the Pb[(Mg/sub 1/3/V/sub 2/3/)/sub 0.25/Zr/sub 0.75/]O/sub 3/ sample at 100 KHz are 187 and 2.2% at 25/spl deg/C.
