摘要

本文设计了一种矿山浮选机永磁直接驱动系统。首先,采用最大转矩/安培控制与弱磁场相结合的面向磁场的矢量控制方法。其次,设计搭建了硬件和软件平台,并进行了运行测试。试验结果表明,永磁直接驱动系统比传统异步电机驱动浮选机具有更好的动静态响应性能。在实际应用中,能耗更小,经济效益更高。
