The results of this study indicate that training and development, each of which has a significant effect on Islamic employee performance. 摘要

本研究的目的是分析PT Jamkrindo在泗水分公司的培训和人力资源开发对伊斯兰员工绩效的影响。作者采用了定量研究方法和关联研究方法。本研究样本数量为25个受访者。本研究的数据收集技术采用问卷调查和李克特量表测量,然后用IBM SPSS Statistics 25软件进行处理。本研究结果表明,培训和发展对伊斯兰教员工绩效均有显著影响。培训和发展变量的相关性为81.6%,这意味着培训和发展变量对伊斯兰员工绩效有正贡献,其余18.4%来自本研究未检查的其他因素。
