Digital Marketing dalam Perspektif Ekonomi Islam

Digital Marketing In Islamic Economic Perspective. Marketing is an activity in which sellers offer products that consumers can buy. While Islamic marketing is a process and strategy (wisdom) of fulfilling needs through halal products and services (tayyibat) with mutual agreement and welfare (Falah from both parties, namely buyers and sellers for the purpose of achieving material and spiritual prosperity in this world and in the hereafter). In digital marketing with an Islamic perspective, all activities related to the technology must be based on sharia law. Just as digital activities are not allowed to contain usury (interest), activities in cyberspace do not contain maisir (gambling), activities involving the manufacture and/or sale of illicit products are prohibited, and the prohibition on activities containing elements of gharar (uncertainty).

Pengaruh Gaya Hidup Islami Dan Harga Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Mie Samyang Pada Mahasiswa S1 Ekonomi Islam Universitas Negeri Surabaya Angkatan 2018–2020 伊斯兰生活方式和价格对买通印尼三阳的决定的影响

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Islamic lifestyle and price on purchasing decisions for samyang noodles in S1 Islamic Economics students, State University of Surabaya class 2018 - 2020 and determine the variables that have a dominant influence on the dependent variable. This study uses a causal associative method with a descriptive quantitative approach. The variables used are Islamic lifestyle (X1), price (X2), and purchasing decisions (Y). The population of this study were undergraduate students of Islamic Economics, State University of Surabaya from class 2018 to 2020. The data that the researcher used was primary data by collecting data through online questionnaires via google forms which were then distributed through social media. Respondents' answers were measured using a Likert scale. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. This is evidenced by the value of Fcount > Ftable (98,857 > 3.15), thus indicating the influence of Islamic lifestyle and price simultaneously on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, it also partially influences purchasing decisions. This is indicated by the Islamic lifestyle variable (X1) which has a regression coefficient of 4.454 > 1.998, and the price variable (X2) which has a regression coefficient of 5.896 > 1.998. So partially, it shows that there is a positive and significant influence of these two variables on purchasing decisions..

Analisis Pelayanan Customer Service pada Kepuasan Konsumen dalam Perspektif Etika Bisnis Islam di LAZNAS Nurul Hayat Surabaya 从LAZNAS Nurul Hayat泗水的伊斯兰商业道德角度分析了客户服务服务对消费者满意度的分析

Pelayanan customer service dalam suatu perusahaan maupun lembaga khususnya yang bergerak di bidang jasa memiliki fungsi memberikan pelayanan yang baik sehingga dapat menciptakan kepuasan pada konsumen, dengan memperhatikan etika yang berlaku. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan pelayanan customer service pada kepuasan konsumen dalam perspektif Etika Bisnis Islam di LAZNAS Nurul Hayat Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Penelitian ini memiliki subjek untuk diteliti yaitu internal dan eksternal, dimana subjek internal yaitu manajer dan staff customer service LAZNAS Nurul Hayat Surabaya, dan subjek eksternal adalah konsumen LAZNAS Nurul Hayat Surabaya. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa pelaksanaan pelayanan customer service dalam menciptakan kepuasan pada konsumen sudah menerapkan dimensi umum pelayanan yaitu tangibles (bukti langsung), responsivess (ketanggapan), reliability (kehandalan), assurance (jaminan), dan emphaty (empati). Selain itu, pelaksanaan pelayanan customer service dalam menciptakan kepuasan pada konsumen telah menerapkan prinsip etika bisnis Islam yakni prinsip kesatuan, prinsip keseimbangan, prinsip kehendak bebas, prinsip tanggung jawab, dan prinsip kebenaran.

Peran Nadzir Dalam Mengelola Harta Benda Wakaf Untuk Meningkatkan Kesejahteraan Umat Nadzir在管理waaf财产方面的作用是促进人民的福祉

Waqf management can be a solution in improving community welfare. Management with a good nadzir role will bring benefits to the community. Baiturrahmah Foundation is one of the foundations that has a waqf management program. This research was conducted in order to see the improvement of welfare through waqf management through the role of nadzir. The research method is qualitative which has the result that there is an increase in welfare in the field of education in the community. However, Nadzir at the Baiturrahmah Foundation is still learning a lot and is not yet professional because in terms of SDI (Human Resources) it is still common and it is necessary to increase the scale of knowledge in terms of waqf and Nadzir operations properly. Nadzir standardization needs to be carried out in supporting professionals in managing cash waqf assets or assets by attending a nadzdiran school which will later be fostered and given training related to nadzir in accordance with Islamic law and will get a nadzir certification which will later be implemented in a good management way in an institution.

Praktik giveaway mulai banyak dipakai oleh berbagai kalangan dari onlineshop di aplikasi instagram, akun personal untuk menjadi selebgram, akun official kantor atau komunitas dan lainnya. Tujuannya pun bervariasi ada yang untuk promosi produk baru, meningkatkan followers, dan meningkatkan insight instagram. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui akad yang dipakai dalam praktik giveaway bersyarat di akun instagram @Giveaway.Oyi menerapkan sistem giveaway yang melibatkan sponsor dan hadiah yang dibagikan adalah uang tunai dengan meminta pendapat kepada salah satu tokoh yang memahami ilmu fiqh muamalah. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan metode field reseach dengan melakukan wawancara dan observasi kepada pihak terkait di dukung dengan data dokumentasi. Penelitian ini berhasil menyimpulkan bahwa praktik giveaway bersyarat yang diterapkan pada akun instagram @Giveaway.Oyi termasuk sewa jasa (ujrah) dan tidak terdapat unsur judi (maisir) selama pelaksaan praktik giveaway di akun instagram @Giveaway.Oyi berlangsung.

Pengaruh Promosi dan Fitur Layanan terhadap Minat Menggunakan E-Wallet Linkaja (Studi Kasus di Surabaya) 使用Linkaja E-Wallet(泗水案例研究)的促销和服务功能对兴趣的影响

Increasing internet users every year, making applications also develop, one of which is an online payment application, namely Link Aja. There are several factors that have an impact on interest in using e-wallet at LinkAja, one of which is the promotion factor as well as service features. This research aims to determine the effect of promotions and service features on the interest in using the Linkaja E-Wallet (Case Study in Surabaya). This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this study were 100 respondents from the Surabaya community who used Link Aja, using the sampling method using the random sampling method. Data collection in this research used a Likert scale. Methods Data analysis in this research uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that promotions and service features have a positive and significant impact on interest in using the Link Aja e-wallet. This is evidenced by the results of the R Square analysis with a value of 72.2%. This means that the variables X1 (promotion) and X2 (service features) simultaneously have an effect on the Y variable (interest in using) of 72.2% and the lack (100% - 72.2% = 72.2%) influenced by other variables outside of this study.

The population in this study were 100 respondents from the Surabaya community who used Link Aja, using the sampling method using the random sampling method. Data collection in this research used a Likert scale. Methods Data analysis in this research uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that promotions and service features have a positive and significant impact on interest in using the Link Aja e-wallet. This is evidenced by the results of the R Square analysis with a value of 72.2%. Analisis Pengaruh Budaya Kerja Islam dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kementerian Agama Sidoarjo

This research was aim to determine the effect of islamic work culture and work motivation on employee performance at the office of Ministry of Religion Sidoarjo. The approach that do to this research using quantitative approach. Variable that used on this research is islamic work culture (X1) and work motivation (X2) as independent variable and employee performance as dependent variable (Y). Population that used on this research is the employee at Ministry of Religion office. Data that used is primer data type, with the accumulation technic data by offline questionaire which containe some statement that support the succesment of the research. The answer from respondent be measured by likert scale. This questionnaire was tested using validity and reliability tests. This research uses descriptive analysis method and simple linear regression analysis. The result of this research indicated that Islamic work culture and work motivation had a parcial positive and significant effect on the employee performance of the Sidoarjo Ministry of Religion office. Significance value < 0,05 describe Islamic work culture and work motivation had a simultaneous and significant on the employee performance. The value of the coefficient of determintation (R2) is 0.572 its means that the variabel of Islamic work culture and work motivation have 57% effect on the work performance variable of the Sidoarjo Ministry of Religion office employees, the rest is influenced by other variables that not examined in this research.
本研究旨在探讨伊斯兰教工作文化与工作动机对Sidoarjo宗教部员工绩效的影响。对这项研究采用的方法是定量的。本研究中使用的变量为伊斯兰教工作文化(X1),工作动机(X2)为自变量,员工绩效为因变量(Y)。本研究中使用的人口为宗教部办公室的员工。使用的数据为入门数据类型,通过线下问卷的方式积累技术数据,其中包含一些支持研究成功的陈述。被调查者的回答采用李克特量表进行测量。本问卷采用效度和信度检验。本研究采用描述性分析方法和简单线性回归分析。本研究结果表明,伊斯兰工作文化和工作动机对Sidoarjo宗教部办公室员工绩效有特别显著的正向影响。显著性值< 0.05说明伊斯兰教的工作文化与工作动机对员工绩效有同步且显著的影响。决定系数(R2)的值为0.572,意味着伊斯兰工作文化和工作动机变量对Sidoarjo宗教部办公室员工的工作绩效变量的影响为57%,其余变量受到本研究未检查的其他变量的影响。

Di era digital pengumpulan dana zakat dapat dilakukan melalui platform digital yang dimiliki oleh lembaga amil zakat. Namun adanya kemudahan tersebut, memiliki resiko yang dapat mempengaruhi minat masyarakat Kabupaten Sidoarjo untuk membayarkan zakatnya melalui zakat digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi zakat dan kepercayaan terhadap minat membayar zakat melalui zakat digital pada masyarakat di Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif  menggunakan alat ukur skala linkert. Dengan teknik analisis data regresi linier berganda menggunakan program IBM SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan literasi zakat secara parsial tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat membayar zakat melalui zakat digital pada masyarakat di Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Kepercayaan memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat membayar zakat melalui zakat digital pada masyarakat di Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Serta literasi dan kepercayaan secara simultan memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat membayar zakat melalui zakat digital pada masyarakat di Kabupaten Sidoarjo.

Pengelolaan ZIS Sebagai Upaya Meningkatkan Kesejahteraan Masyarakat (Studi Pada Baznas Kabupaten Jombang) ZIS的管理是为了促进社会福利(在火箭筒纳斯的研究)

Welfare is desired by every individual and realized through efforts such as minimizing poverty and improving health as well as education. Law No. 23 of 2011, which regulates zakat management, has a significant impact on Baznas in managing zakat, infaq, and sadaqah at the national level.  In realizing these objectives, Baznas Jombang prepares 5 programs to be distributed through productive and consumptive assistance to improve mustahiq welfare. This research is qualitative research that intends to analyze the management of zakat, infaq, and sadaqah in improving the welfare of the community. The results of this study show that the management of zakat, infaq, and sadaqah in improving the welfare of the community in Baznas Jombang Regency manifests in the form of the Jombang Berdaya and Jombang Sehat program, where a productive economy to develop small micro businesses and consumptive assistance by improving the standard of living of children with special needs were discovered.

Penerapan Etika Bisnis Islam Dalam Transaksi Jual Beli Sembako Di Pasar Kedurus Surabaya 伊斯兰商业道德在泗水大使馆的商业交易中得到应用

The high market demand for necessities has increased their business, but many of them do not fully understand islamic business ethics in buying and selling transactions. The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the application of islamic business ethics in the purchase and sale of necessities at the Kedurus Market in Surabaya City. The descriptive qualitative method was used in the research. The techniques used to collect research data include observation, interviews, and documentation. According to the findings of this study, the application of islamic business ethics in buying and selling groceries at Kedurus Market only applies and carries out four principles of islamic business ethics, namely unity, balance, free will, and responsibility. The application of truth or honesty principle has not been applied by basic food traders because they do not explain the honesty of the quality of goods to buyers during trading. However, purchasing and selling transactions have been carried out by the pillars of purchasing and selling, as well as the form of purchasing ande selling used by food traders, namely ba’i an-naqd, ba’i salam, ba’i ajal, and ba’i musawamah. And the most common khiyar is khiyar majlis and khiyar aib.
