摘要

本研究旨在探讨组织支持感与任务绩效之间的关系,以及工作投入变量在组织支持感与任务绩效之间的中介作用。数据分析采用PLS 3.29版本,数据收集采用问卷调查法向Latinusa Cilegon, Banten公司的员工发放问卷并进行深度访谈。结果表明,组织支持感对任务绩效和工作投入有显著的正向影响。可以补充说,工作投入能够中介组织支持感知与任务绩效之间的关系。
