This achievement involves emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence at work. Studies of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on performance have been carried out by many researchers before, but the results obtained vary greatly. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to study and analyze the results of previous studies in the field of industrial organizations, which are related to the meta-analysis study approach. The meta-analysis study was conducted by reviewing 16 studies based on the results of the selection of the correlation value r, the reliability coefficient, the characteristics of the research subjects, and were the primary studies. 摘要

从实现公司主要目标的能力和成就看员工的表现。这一成就涉及到工作中的情商和精神智商。此前,许多研究者对情绪智力和精神智力对工作表现的影响进行了研究,但得出的结果差异很大。因此,本研究的目的是对与meta分析研究方法相关的产业组织领域的前人研究成果进行研究和分析。meta分析研究是根据相关值r、信度系数、研究对象特征的选择结果,对16项研究进行综述,并作为主要研究。根据已经完成的分析结果,实证的文献研究结果与此荟萃分析能够回答,同时说服研究人员,情绪智力和精神智力是增加他们参与决策的最重要的事情,可以创造一个积极的工作氛围。
