The College of Computer Informatics Management (STIKOM) Uyelindo Kupang has 672 students. The STIKOM Uyelindo Kupang campus has two majors, namely, undergraduate Informatics Engineering, undergraduate information systems and D3 informatics engineering with each accredited B. The development and service of the quality assurance agency at (STIKOM) Uyelindo Kupang is very important. The Standard Document in SPMI (Standard Dikti) is a document containing various criteria, measures, benchmarks, or specifications of each higher education implementation activity of a university to realize its vision and mission, so as to create a quality culture in the university. In designing Information Services the Guarantee Agency This quality uses the programming language PHP, MySQL and Adobe Dreamweaver Application. The result of this research is the establishment of the Quality Assurance Agency Information Service. Based on the results of test analysis using the slovinter method, there is an average value of 87% with the criteria of Strongly Agree (SS). Even with the index value, when viewed based on the type of variable, there are several question items with the criteria of Less Good. Question items with these criteria need to be considered for future website development.
