PERANCANGAN PERANGKAT LUNAK REGISTRASI DAN ANTRIAN PADA PUSKESMAS BERBASIS WEB 基于WEB的PUSKESMAS上的注册软件设计和队列

Permasalahan yang timbul dari proses manual yang saat ini mengakibatkan sering terjadinya kesalahan penulisan dan kehilangan data pasien pada puskesmas kabupaten Landak Kalimantan Barat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah perangkat lunak untuk melakukan registrasi data pasien dan antrian guna membantu Puskesmas Landak dalam meningkatkan pelayanannya dibidang kesehatan terhadap masyarakat sekitar. Aplikasi yang ada di dikembangkan dalam puskesmas Darit kabupaten Landak berfokus pada penyimpanan data pasien atau registrasi dan proses antrian. Penulis menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif sebagai rancangan penelitian, dan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode wawancara, observasi, dan studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis dan perancangan sistem yang digunakan adalah teknik Waterfall pemodelan Unified Modeling Language (UML), perancangan database dengan MySQL. Penelitian ini menghasilkan suatu rancangan sistem informasi yang memanfaatkan teknologi berbasis web sebagai media registrasi dan dapat mempermudah proses antrian pasien yang dimulai dari pengambilan nomor, dan pemanggilan nomor antrian. Kesimpulan, dengan menerapkan digitalisasi sistem pada puskesmas Darit Kabupaten Landak dapat mempercepat proses pendaftaran yang sebelumnya dilakukan secara manual, sekarang dilakukan secara digital.

PENGENDALIAN LAMPU BERBASIS IOT MENGGUNAKAN NODEMCU DAN SENSOR CAHAYA 基于光源的控制使用了NODEMCU和光传感器

Lampu merupakan perangkat elektronik penting di dalam rumah yang memberikan penerangan untuk aktivitas sehari-hari. Namun, terkadang lampu diletakkan di area yang sulit dijangkau dan jauh dari area tempat duduk, sehingga sulit untuk dikendalikan. Hal ini menjadi kendala bagi sebagian orang, terutama mereka yang memiliki keterbatasan fisik. Orang biasanya menggunakan remote control atau perangkat rumah pintar untuk mengontrol lampu di rumah mereka. Namun, kendali jarak jauh seringkali hilang atau rusak dan perangkat rumah pintar cenderung mahal dan memerlukan pemasangan yang rumit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengontrol lampu menggunakan ponsel Android berbasis IoT untuk memudahkan pengguna mengatur pencahayaan rumahnya. Selain itu, terdapat fitur sensor cahaya yang menghilangkan kebutuhan pengguna untuk selalu memantau lampu melalui ponselnya. Dengan fitur sensor cahaya, lampu akan secara otomatis menyesuaikan kecerahannya berdasarkan kondisi pencahayaan sekitar, memberikan kenyamanan dan efisiensi energi. Ini akan menawarkan pengalaman yang lebih nyaman dan praktis kepada pengguna dalam mengelola pencahayaan rumah mereka. Penelitian ini akan membuat rancangan prototipe yang menerapkan konsep kendali jarak jauh melalui telepon yang terhubung ke jaringan internet pada sistem kendali yang memanfaatkan NodeMCU ESP8266 dan menggunakan relai. Penulis berharap usulan ini dapat dijadikan dasar untuk mengembangkan teknologi yang lebih maju yang dapat digunakan untuk mengatasi berbagai permasalahan terkait penggunaan lampu di masa mendatang.

SMA Negeri 4 Kota Kupang adalah sekolah yang selalu mengikuti Olimpiade Sains Nasional. Sistem yang digunakan untuk meyeleksi siswa hanya berdasarkan penilaian guru yang bersangkutan. Namun, sistem pemilihan siswa yang hanya berdasarkan evaluasi guru dinilai tidak objektif dan rentan terjadi kesalahan dalam pemilihan siswa yang berhak mengikuti Olimpiade. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, maka tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membangun sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat membantu proses seleksi siswa secara terstruktur dan sistematis. Metode yang digunakan adalah Elimination and Choice Tanslation Reality (ELECTRE). Ada enam (6) kriteria yang digunakan diantaranya nilai rata-rata, nilai mata pelajaran terkait, nilai keterampilan, nilai kedisiplinan, perilaku, dan pengalaman siswa dalam mengikuti lomba. Data pengujian yang digunakan yaitu data siswa MIIPA dari kelas 10, 11, dan 12 pada SMA Negeri 4 Kupang sebanyak 30 siswa. Sistem ini dapat diterapkan dalam kasus pemilihan calon peserta olimpiade pada siswa SMA Negeri 4 Kupang melalui pengujian User Acceptance Testing (UAT) yang dilakukan pada 10 responden terdiri dari guru penanggungjawab dan guru kelas dengan hasil presentase penilaian 86,5%.

SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN IDENTIFIKASI BALITA STUNTING MENGGUNAKAN METODE PROMETHEE 从普罗米修斯的方法中找出蹒跚学步的孩子的身份识别系统

Stunting adalah kondisi gagal tumbuh pada balita yang disebabkan oleh kekurangan gizi kronis, yang dapat berdampak buruk pada pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak. Kabupaten Flores Timur memiliki angka prevalensi stunting sebesar 20,4% atau sebanyak 3.636 balita stunting yang disebabkan oleh kurangnya pengetahuan ibu tentang kesehatan dan gizi selama kehamilan, serta terbatasnya pelayanan kesehatan bagi ibu selama hamil. Untuk membantu petugas Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Larantuka, dikembangkan dan dimanfaatkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) untuk mengidentifikasi status stunting pada balita. Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation (PROMETHEE) adalah metode yang digunakan untuk menentukan urutan (prioritas) dalam menganalisis beberapa kriteria. Pendekatan PROMETHEE melibatkan penggunaan kriteria dan bobot untuk setiap kriteria, yang kemudian diproses untuk menentukan pemilihan alternatif terbaik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 5 balita yang teridentifikasi di Kabupaten Larantuka, 3 balita mengalami stunting sedangkan 2 balita lainnya normal. Agustinus L.O Werang nilai Net Flow adalah -0.25, sedangkan hasil sistem Agustinus L.O Werang nilai Net Flow adalah -0.3125. The Office of Investment and Integrated Services of the One Door Kupang District still uses the system manually in the process of calculating the additional allowances for employee income and the salaries of honorary staff. The weakness of the existing system is that the system is inefficient, takes a lot of time in the process of managing employee benefits and payroll honorary staff based on employee absence. So this research aims to design a model of Information Systems for Employee Benefits and Employee Payroll Calculation based on the Website at the Investment and Integrated Services One Door Service (DPMPTSP), as well as facilitate in managing data and employee benefits that are precise and accurate. The research method used is the method of literature and field. The calculation information system using the Personal Home Page (PHP) programming language and as its database using  MySql  thus can be implemented an information system for calculating employee benefits and payroll honorary staff at the Office of Investment and Integrated Services One Door Kupang District

Investment in information systems and information technology is quite expensive. The value of benefits obtained through investment in information systems and information technology must be measurable. Not a few organizations investing in information technology are not able to show the benefits of information systems and information technology both visible (tangible) and invisible (intangible). ProjakopMitra Sejahtera Cooperative as a producer cooperative places information technology as part of its business strategy. Information systems and information technology strategies at the Projakop Cooperative are needed to plan the use of technology and information systems that are in line with the cooperative's business objectives. Strategic planning of Information Systems/Information Technology (IS/IT) uses one of the internal business analysis approaches and IS/IT is carried out using SWOT tools. The results of the SWOT analysis can identify potential weaknesses, strengths, opportunities, and threats. The results of the SWOT analysis show that strength is at the very high level of management and management. But on the same side, there are staff/employees who have a weakness in the lack of creativity in optimizing the existing IS/IT facilities. This can be seen in the activities of staff/employees who use social media more during working hours instead of working on the business activities of the Projakop Cooperative. The results of other SWOT analysis have four categories as indicators by having each SWOT matrix for information systems and information technology strategies, including governance, infrastructure, human resources, and applications.

iClass has been used at STIKOM Uyelindo Kupang in the 2020/2021 academic year. Because of its very young age, iClass certainly still has some shortcomings that must be corrected so that teaching and learning activities can run even better. During the period of use, there are several obstacles that are felt by students, namely when there is a change in the class schedule made by the lecturer in charge of the course, students do not get notification, causing students not to take part in lecture activities. This of course will affect the recap of the lecture attendance list because it will be considered absent without explanation. In accordance with the rules at STIKOM Uyelindo Kupang contained in the 2020 academic manual, if a student does not attend without a maximum of 20% information, the student will be declared a failure and must be reprogrammed. Based on these problems, Telegram's Instant Messaging (IM) information technology feature is needed which can help iClass to send instant messages (Instant Messaging) automatically to students via mobile devices. Instant Messaging (IM) Telegram is one of the IM applications that is widely used by people around the world. One of the advantages of IM Telegram is that there is a basis for using the Application Programming Interface (API) for the wider community. one of the advantages of Bots is the reliability to provide data to users which is not limited by time. The use of IM applications has increased dramatically from year to year, although the use of IM still cannot completely replace SMS, along with the increase in mobile device users, the demand for data also increases. GESTURE CONTROL MENGGUNAKAN METODE COMPLEMENTARY FILTER 手势控制蒙古纳坎方法互补滤波

This study will discuss the use of the Complementary Filter method in hardware development that use gyroscope and accelerometer sensors, in order to see the ability of the sensor to read movement and assess how effective it is when used under movements with varying levels of aggressiveness. The complementary filter is a method that as the name suggests is to filter input data taken from the gyroscope and accelerometer sensors, this method is able to take data from both sensors and combine them into a single data that is more accurate by ignoring the shortcomings and using the advantages of each sensors The device that will be used is the MPU6050 GY521, this is a device that has both the two sensors on a single PCB so it is easier and more efficient to use, it has 3 axes meaning that this device can read motion in 3-dimensional space, the microcontroller used is a a variant of Arduino with an ATmega processor. After doing the test it was found that the use of the complementary filter method will greatly help the accuracy of the data because the filtered data contains very small noise with a significant difference when compared to raw data without using the filtering method, but because delay still can happens, wich cannot be helped by using this filtering method, this device can only be used with certain levels of movement
