Aiming at the metric-band bistatic radar system, the azimuth and pitch angles between the transmitter, receiver and the wind turbine are considered in this paper. The scattering point integral algorithm is used to model the wind turbine clutter. The clutter characteristics are studied through simulation from three aspects: time domain, frequency domain and time-frequency domain.
