Super capacitor has some advantages of high charge-discharge rate, long life, simple structure and reliable performance, and it is especially suitable as braking energy renewable energy storage device for electric vehicle and hybrid electric vehicle. In this paper, aiming at micro electric vehicle (EV), the operation principle of a control system of braking energy regeneration was analyzed, structure design scheme was proposed, the circuit of electronic control system was designed, and the method of operation pattern recognition and control of electronic control system was put forward. Experimental vehicle test results showed that the method of operation pattern recognition and control improved braking energy regeneration rate of micro EV, and increased its continued driving mileage.

In wireless sensor networks, limiting energy consumption of sensors and prolonging the network lifetime have been important reasons to evaluate routing protocol’s performance. This paper proposes a routing metric, which takes into remaining energy and load of the sensor nodes, trying to balance network traffic and protect the low-power and high-load nodes. Base on this metric, we also propose a new routing algorithm called Energy and Load-based Routing (ELR). Simulation results show that the new method can even load distribution and node energy.

Based on a kind of typical high speed monohull vessel, the paper discusses an integrate optimization’s method of Synthetical Fundamental Mechanics Characteristic with the materials of some ships and some relevant experience expressions. The authors use the weighted sum of rapidity, sea-keeping ability and maneuverability as the sub-objective function of ship performances; use the weighted sum of static and dynamic properties as the sub-objective function of structural mechanics properties; The weighted sum of these 2 sub-objective functions is just the general objective function. Stability, buoyancy and some other characteristics as well as limits of design variables form the constraint conditions. The mathematic model shows that the synthetical optimization of mechanics properties for ships involves at least 49 design variables, 9 equation constraints and 5 inequality constrains. Evidently, it’s a very complicated engineering optimization. The data was gained after this algorithm(DP- genetic chaos algorithms) had applied to optimize integrate the performance of navigational performance and structure characteristic by VC++, quantities of computation results of different solving methods show that compared with other methods such as GA, chaos algorithm and their parallel algorithms, this complex algorithm can overcome GA’s premature convergence and is reliable and efficient. Above all, the software is programmed. Using this software can conveniently get the possibility distributing function of integrate optimum navigation performance of each design variables, and can provide the condition to integrate evaluation of the ship design project and the integrate decision-making of ship parameters.

Combination is a staple method to extend the period of random number generators, and the period will be longer if combined more generators. But, existing combined pseudo-random number generators will increase computing time when more random number sequences are combined. This article presented a new combination schema, which will not increase computing time no matter how many sequence is combined. Based on this schema, random number sequence can be generated at a high speed, and period can be extended optionally, this is meaningful to all situations using pseudo-random sequence. Additionally, the article proved the combined pseudo-random number generators can access statistic test of relativity and distribution characteristics.

Cooperation design method based on analysis and application of TFG (task flow graphic) model is introduced for different multi-processors system used for the signal waveform scale in the both time-domain and spectrum-domain in this paper. The method is based on the TFG model of the digital signal process algorithm and implemented with multi-processors technology. The multi-processors system consists of DSP (digital signal processor), ARM (advanced RISC machine) and Nios II processors is discussed. And the whole structure of the system and the structure of each subsystem are given. Then a measurement instrument integrated with simple digital oscilloscope and spectrum analyzer using this multi-processors system is realized. Besides, the hardware architecture and software program flow chart of the real system, as well as the communication approach among the processors, are provided.

Considering the multi-reader deployment in large scale RFID implementation, readers are not working independently but cooperate with each other in a certain context, thus they form a reader network. Lots of researches have been done about the reader collision problem, while research for reader coordination is still needed. A RFID reader coordination model is introduced, which provides a monitoring and management interface to illustrate logical relations between readers, so as to coordinate readers to fulfill the data collection tasks and keep the reader network working in a healthy and stable status.
