摘要

固态电源控制器(SSPC)在航天器上得到了广泛的应用。目前其配电和保护多采用“SSPC +熔断器”模式。为了防止下游负载短路时SSPC抢先动作,导致整个通道断电,在匹配分析时必须获得准确的SSPC保护特性。通过对SSPC保护电路的分析,得到了SSPC保护时间的计算模型和上下限曲线,并给出了SSPC与熔断器串联应用于航天器配电系统的匹配设计方法。以卫星上使用的100V-SSPC为例,进行了仿真和实验验证,验证了匹配设计方法的正确性和可行性。
