Thus, the present study focused on the moderating role of professional self-efficacy in the relationship between the perceived organizational support and work-life balance of women employed in private banks operating in Turkey and working from home. To this end, data were collected from 403 female private bank employees by the survey method and tested with the help of the Smart PLS 3 analysis program. According to the study findings, women's professional self-efficacy beliefs play a moderating role in the relationship between perceived organizational support and work-life balance. This relationship has been ignored in the literature. 摘要

虽然居家工作模式有一定的优势,但从长远来看,它破坏了个人的工作与生活平衡。居家工作模式最早出现在银行的总行,后来出现在银行的分支机构。因此,本研究的重点是职业自我效能感在土耳其私人银行和在家工作的女性员工感知组织支持和工作与生活平衡之间的关系中的调节作用。为此,采用调查法对403名私人银行女性员工进行数据收集,并借助Smart PLS 3分析程序进行测试。研究发现,女性职业自我效能感信念在组织支持感与工作与生活平衡的关系中起调节作用。这种关系在文献中被忽略了。因此,本研究通过调查银行女性在家工作的组织支持感、职业自我效能感和工作与生活平衡之间的关系,丰富了组织支持理论和社会认知理论的相关内容,具有重要的理论和实践意义。
