摘要

随着信息通信业务领域需求收集的规范化,发现需求收集和管理的难度越来越大。为了解决这一问题,本文分析了需求采集系统的需求,设计了系统架构和功能模块,实现了基于B / S架构的需求采集系统,并着重规范了需求采集模板和需求数据管理,从而从整体上提高了需求采集的质量和效率。
