This interaction mechanism is suitable for the current era in which network and information develop rapidly. A traveler route choice model is established based on a two-way ATIS system under uncertain travel time reliability, and a renewal mechanism of route selection strategy is given. The dynamic changes of traveler route selection and the evolution of road network traffic are analyzed and deduced by analytic method. Further analyze the properties of the model, that is, the sufficient and necessary conditions for the solution of the model. An illustration is used to verify the rationality and feasibility of the model.
