摘要

为满足电子学习、电子商务等电子服务中用户的个性化需求,提出了一种基于电子服务的个性化服务系统(pses)。介绍了系统的结构和实现用户兴趣模块、个性过滤模块的关键技术。经过部分用户对服务系统的试用,我们发现该系统可以将隐性需求转化为用户的明显需求。因此,我们认为这可能是一个切实可行的解决方案,从根本上满足用户的个性化需求。
