The results of land relations reform in Krasnodar region

Дана оценка реформированию земельных отношений в Краснодарском крае. Приведены данные о распределении земельного фонда по категориям земель, формам собственности, сельскохозяйственным угодьям, отражены сведения о правах, на которых используют землю сельхозтоваропроизводители. Отмечены также региональные особенности использования земельных ресурсов. Проанализировано влияние земельной реформы на возникновение недостатков в землевладении (землепользовании) в регионе. Прослежена динамика наличия земель у граждан, занимающихся производством сельскохозяйственной продукции, за период земельных преобразований. Рассмотрены темпы образования крестьянских (фермерских) хозяйств. Выявлены проблемы, приводящие к снижению продуктивности сельхозугодий и сдерживающие эффективное регулирование земельных отношений. The article assesses the reform of land relations in Krasnodar region. The distribution of the region’s land fund by land categories, patterns of ownership, agricultural land is presented, and information about the rights on which agricultural producers use the land is reflected. Regional features in the use of land resources are noted. The influence of land reform on the formation of deficiencies in land ownership (land use) in the region is analyzed. The land availability of citizens involved in the production of agricultural products in dynamics over the period of land transformations is given. The rates of formation of peasant (farmer) farms are considered. Identified problems that contribute to the reduction of agricultural land productivity, and inhibiting the effective regulation of land relations.
