Besides conceptual considerations, we base our arguments on a detailed case study from an auto financing company. Findings of this paper are that system dynamics modeling can be helpful for strategy implementation in regards to both strategy refinement and transfer of insights and understanding underlying the innovation process. 摘要

多年来,系统动力学已经证明了它在企业战略形成中的有用性。本文的目的是研究系统动力学建模如何支持组织的服务创新战略实施。为此,本文简要讨论了服务创新战略实施的问题,并提出了基于服务创新战略定量模型的方法。除了概念上的考虑外,我们还以一家汽车金融公司的详细案例为基础进行了论证。本文的研究结果表明,系统动力学建模可以帮助战略实施,无论是在战略改进方面,还是在创新过程中转移见解和理解方面。本文的独创性在于提出在新服务开发(NSD)战略实施中使用系统动力学建模,其中系统动力学领域传统上使用飞行模拟器或定性系统动力学,而不是正式的建模和仿真。
