This study aims to determine the optimal temperature of the growing media in the germination process of green beans. This study was arranged in a completely randomized design (CRD) with one factor, namely the temperature of the growing media (soil) at the same time consisting of control (30⁰C), 27⁰C, 33⁰C, 36⁰C, 39⁰C. The parameter measured was the germination time of green beans. Variance data were analyzed by DMRT test at level = 5%. The results showed that the temperature of the growing media affected the germination time of green beans. 摘要

以“土壤温度对绿豆发芽时间的影响”为题进行了研究。本研究旨在确定四季豆萌发过程中培养基的最佳温度。本研究采用完全随机设计(CRD),其中有一个因素,即生长介质(土壤)的温度同时由对照(30⁰C)、27⁰C、33⁰C、36⁰C、39⁰C组成。测定的参数为四季豆的发芽时间。方差数据采用DMRT检验,水平为5%。结果表明,生长介质的温度对四季豆的萌发时间有影响。产生最佳发芽时间的处理是33⁰C。关键词:土壤温度,时间,绿豆
