Bildungsanalysen mit kommunalen Mikrodaten. Ein kooperativer Ansatz wissenschaftlich-kommunaler Praxisforschung

Th e scientifi c research program “Leave No Child Behind! Municipalities in North Rhine-Westphalia providing equal opportunities for all children” used municipal data sources for modelling structures and contexts of early child development. Individual, aggregate und institutional data were combined to calculate multilevel models. Th e results show factors for successful or unsuccessful educational careers at the transition to the school system. Th e data was also used to build social school profi les that allow local administration to manage unequal conditions between schools with very low und very high poverty rates.
