By analyzing and calculating the maneuverability experimental data of 8 ships, the maneuverability of each ship is ranked. The results show that the method is not only scientific and objective in theory, but also simple and reliable in practical application. 摘要

针对船舶操纵性评价中评价指标权重存在人为主观性和分布不一致等不确定性,提出了一种综合评价船舶操纵性的聚类分析方法。该方法基于IMO机动性指标,将具有多个机动性评价因子的一艘船舶作为多维空间中的一个点,利用欧几里得距离度量样本点之间的相似性,对船舶机动性进行分类和评价。通过对8艘船舶的机动性实验数据进行分析计算,对各船的机动性进行排序。结果表明,该方法不仅在理论上科学客观,而且在实际应用中简单可靠。这有助于提高船舶操纵性综合评价的客观性。
