摘要

本文介绍了一种轴承内外圈全自动检测平台的检测方法的研究与设计。全自动检测平台主要检测轴承内圈和外圈组装前的参数。检测系统主要采用北京航天联合科技有限公司的高精度Solartron轨道系列传感器和D300高精度气浮转台。该检测平台作为被测件旋转功率的接触式测量方式,并借助运输机器人、自动码识别系统和双轴桁架机械手,可实现全自动检测。
