摘要:本研究以组织承诺为中介变量,分析自我效能感和培训对员工绩效的影响。本研究人群为PT. Phapros Tbk中爪哇DIY分公司的员工。本研究采用目的性抽样,数据处理方法采用SPSS。假设检验结果表明,自我效能感对组织承诺有显著的正向影响。培训对组织承诺有显著的正向影响。组织承诺对员工绩效有显著的正向影响。自我效能感对员工绩效有显著的正向影响。培训对员工绩效有显著的正向影响。采用Sobel检验对中介变量进行分析,发现组织承诺可以中介自我效能感对员工绩效的影响。组织承诺可以中介培训对员工绩效的影响。
